Guest guest
Hi, I had my surgery done about 4 months ago. I have lost about 70 lbs. but for the last 2-3 weeks I have been losing my hair. I called the clinic and the nurse said that it is normal and should let up by 6 months. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do besides getting differant shampoo? Thanks Pam
Guest guest
I agree, I'm still pre op, but for the past 2 weeks I have been taking the brand: Onesource Complete for hair, skin and nails, (2500 mcg Biotin as well as Vit A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavon, Niacin, Folic Acid, Calicum Citrate, Phosphorus, Zinc, Lutein, Horsetail ect.) and I've noticed a difference already, my nails are growing well, (before they were down to the quick!) and the cuticles are healing and looking better too. I get it at Wal-Mart and it costs 4.94 for a 1 months supply! I work with paper all day at work and it draws the moisture from my hands and nails, but this has worked wonders!
