I am just overwhelmed at the moment with other committments and have had to set myself to " no mail " for the Keto list. I will stay subscribed and am willing to help answer any questions I can but if anyone needs me, they will have to send directly to my private address. I'm really sorry..... I just can't keep up! Somehow I ended up being appointed list administrator for the Elaine's Children list for the SCDiet (how do these things happen to me???) and it is just exploding with new members. There are nearly 500 list members now and the volume of mail is tremendous. I'm just having to scale back everything else since that diet is our focus now, well..... I just hope everyone understands!
