Guest guest
I got this from someone on list. I love these- Whole Wheat " Buttermilk " Pancakes These pancakes are very fluffy so a person might want to add a bit more skim milk to make a more regular pancake. I get about 8 small pancakes per mix and figure 2 per person. 1 C. whole wheat flour 1/2 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 1/4 t. baking soda 1/2 C. skim milk 1/2 C. FF yoghurt 1 egg 1 T. oil 1/2 T. artificial sweetener or 1 T apple sauce Dash vanilla 1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Mix wet ingredients. 3. Add together. Mix well. 4. Cook on hot griddle. To make waffles, separate eggs, stiffen egg whites and fold in as last step.
