Guest guest
Hi Melita. Congratulations! Just think, in a little over three weeks you will be able to complain about having to get up early to go into work! Seriously, this is great news. It means your doctors think that they're getting this thing under control, and means good things for the future. Stay cool. Mike B > Everyone!!! > > Just wanted to share the good news. Guest guest
Hi, Melita. Congrats on being able to go back to work. I can tell you're psyched!!! Just try not to over-do it when you do go back. Sounds like your Diabetes is under good control, too. Hopefully it too will get better as you decrease from the Pred. It is sad that people don't really have to take the time to really care or try to understand how it feels to live with a chronic illness. It made me think back to a sermon that my pastor once gave and he went on to say most ppl stop and ask how you are to basically be polite, but they don't really stop to listen long enough to listen to your answer. So, he said, to wake them up, just look at them, dead serious, and say " well, I cry alot " . LOL. That cracked me up when I heard that and I swear I've wanted to try it but don't dare. I would love to see the looks on some people's faces. Let me know if you try it, ok? Anyway, good luck on going back to work and make sure you keep us posted how you're doing. Take care, Dawn video_gurl40 wrote: > Everyone!!! > > Just wanted to share the good news. My rheumy said I can go back to > work part/time July 1st. Yippee!!!! Guest guest
Hi Dawn, I promise not to overdo it at work. In fact I don't think my co- workers will let me get away with anything. They especially don't want me to go out again. They were miserable w/out me because I spoiled my bosses so that they depended on me to do their scut work. Ha Ha...can you say......job security!!!!! <<..... just look at them, dead serious, and say " well, I cry alot " .>> I can't wait to try this out on the first jerk that has anything smart to say to me!!!! You know I not one to be shy or anything!! LOL I will definitely tell you how it turns out!! Later, Melita
Guest guest
Hi Melita. We've been checking prices and options on the various models of monster available. It seems you pay by the number of teeth in the monster -- the more the teeth, the more expensive the monster. Neighbours have all been met. They seem very nice, and the guy in the house right beside us actually works in my office building in Toronto. We might get a car pool going. An awful lot of the neighbours are now " in the family way. " I guess moving can do that to you (Cari take note!!). I noticed that I was getting up a lot earlier when I was put on prednisone, too. Of course, it might be only old age... Stay cool.
