Where did this list come from?

Chuck

Re: Re: I CHEATED TODAY! :-(

This is not Atkins nor a low carb diet. You are not "allowed" beer of any kind, low carb, high carb, or no carb. These are the only drinks "approved" on this plan so telling others to drink low carb beer is not good. They should not be having ANY. Carol

Enjoy, in moderation (limit 2 servings daily): Red and white wine (one serving = 3-4 ounces) Champagne (one serving = 3-4 ounces) Vodka (one serving = 1 1/2 ounces) Gin (one serving = 1 1/2 ounces) Rum (one serving = 1 1/2 ounces) Bourbon (one serving = 1 1/2 ounces)

AVOID: Beer Port wine Liqueurs (including Kahlua, 's, Amaretto, schnapps, etc.) Sherry Wine coolers (often contain a lot of added sugar)

Hi ,

Don't beat yourself up over this. Just dust yourself off and get back

to healthy eating. If you feel cravings, go back to phase 1 for a few

days. When I strayed from SB compatible food, I didn't lose my 0.5 to

1 pound that week. Usually that's all. I didn't gain weight as long it

was a single transgression. You've got a good attitude if you resolved

not to do it again. You'll do fine.
