Guest guest Posted April 30, 2005 Report Share Posted April 30, 2005 I have a great Pizza recipe if you are having Pizza cravings. To me it tastes way better than the real deal.. Going to look and find it now.. Zucchini Pizza Serves 4 3 cups zucchini grated 2 whole eggs beaten 1 1/2 cups no fat mozarella cheese 1 cup low sugar spagetti sauce 1/2 small onion diced 1 small bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup msuhroon, clided 1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon basil 1 tablespoon olive oil 13 Smart Deli Pepperoni Slices Preheat oven to 400 degrees 1.Squeeze the excess moisture out of the grated zucchini with paper towels. Mix the zucchini, eggs and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese together and press into the bottom of a pie pan.. 2. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and spread teh tomato sauce, vegetables and Smart Deli Pepperoni and other pizza toppings with the remaining cheese over the crust. 3. Sprinke with oregano and basil and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.. You are going to love this recipe and if you do not wish it to be meatless like mine is, you can also use some turkey bacon or something similar.. I really do love this recipe.. and nothing like enjoying all the wonderful pizza toppings without filling up on all the darn bread <starch> Jumping right into the toppings...
