Side Effects to Hydrocortison

Hi about to get amalgams removed in two weeks and trying to sort out

weak adrenals in meantime. Been consulting with Andy frequently who

confirms low adrenals but my problem is whenever I take anything to

help my adrenals I just seem to get more anxiety, hyped up and runny

motions, even had to stop adrenal cortex extract. My yeast got worse

when I took hydrocortisone tablets so now I use the topical cream

rotating in various locations. My stomach has settled better taking

the cream but the runny motions are back and I am not getting much

relief even though I need the hydrocortisone. My dosage of cream is

quite small 1/4 tspn morn and 1/8 tspn afternoon. Cannot understand

why I feel hyped up when this medication should be calming me. Anyone

else had these problems?. I am going to perservere with the cream as

Andy says it is just as effective as the tablets but maybe I just have

to go very slowly. Advice anyone? Getting pretty desperate after

reading all the great results people seem to have with weak adrenals

and hydrocortisone therapy. Thanks anyone for answering
