I get a reaction to malt, which is in a lot of waffle syrups. I don't get a reaction to malt flavoring. Maybe it's weaker? Maybe it's corn malt? Are they on the list as being barley malt?

Right now we're far away from the Whole Foods, but when I move to Texas, I'll be close enough to make it worth my while. Guess I'll suffer with grits or toast....

Not only are there very few adult cereals but almost all the GF cerals on

the market can't be eaten by people with nut allergies, they are all " made

in a factory that uses peanuts and tree nuts " . We hate that, there is

virtually no cereal my daugher can eat (she has a life threatening peanut

allergy).
