Guest guest
Go to www.fitday.com. I chart everything I eat, just to see how many calories, protein, fiber, etc., that I eat. It's not necessary, but it's extremely helpful. ann > > That's fantastic! I'm hitting a plateau - I had lost 6 pounds the > first week and then tapered off. Guest guest
I find it helpful to know how much of what I am getting. If you gain one week, or don't lose, it's helpful to check on Fitday to see exactly what you ate. And I do watch my calories, even tho SBD doesn't require it, because I think I do better on less calories. I don't like to go over 1500 a day. ann > Do most of the others on here do that - all the record keeping / tracking ? I thought if I followed the SBD WOL - I did not have to do all that. Or is it a way to take a critical assessment of your day to day eating and help you figure out things like, wow I didn't think I was eating nuts all the time, but I am ? > > W. Guest guest
I chart my weight on www.slim-fast.com. Been doing it since 2000, and it never deletes your weight. So, I can compare it for the past five years. ann > I keep a journal in a small spiral notebook 1 page for each day and then I > even put my weight 2 times a week... > > > > Licienne
Guest guest
I also track myself on Fitday.. I love the program and keep a constant journal.. My eating habits have changed so much in the past year.. Hard to believe I once ate flesh...and that it no longer even appeals to me.. I do eat beans now which I never liked before.. Times are a changing.. --- ann wrote: > I find it helpful to know how much of what I am > getting. Guest guest
I still love meat, but I also love vegetarian dinners. Last night, we had barley bake, which is delish, and tonight, had beef-barley soup, so I like both veggie and meat meals. I just alternate. With my being allergic to soy and wheat and corn, it's hard to be a complete vegetarian like I used to be. I hated beans before, too, but eat them now. Especially lentils. Yummy. ann < > > I also track myself on Fitday.. I love the program and > keep a constant journal..
