Also, if anyone is looking for great poppysead gf bagels, the Sterk's brand are wonderful. My sons ate a full bag in one sitting as soon as they arrived. Thank you to all of you who have shared wonderful information from recipes, restaurants, medical issues, etc.. I couldn't have gotten through the initial months after diagnosis without this group.
