Guest guest
a) She meant Coke® not coke. In regard to that other post--I am never stopping by unannounced EVER!!! (shudder!!) --kayly Re: neurological symptoms Yep with migraines the catching it early is very important. I've used coke and chocolate , ice packs and sex for years. I usually get the aura before hand as a warning so I can jump in early. The kind of migraine that Robyn gets with orgasm is most likely related to the sudden vascular changes and doesn't give a warning. Guest guest
Oh, LOL--I'm pretty sure everyone knows I didn't mean cocaine! Right, everyone? And, if you DRIVE in, no problem we hear cars turning into the drive--it was the walking down the powerline by Corin or Jen that I was worried about, LOL. I'd like them to have kids sometime. Sorry if I gave you nightmares, LOL Mom Re: neurological symptoms Yep with migraines the catching it early is very important. I've used coke and chocolate , ice packs and sex for years. Guest guest
That's ok Robyn. I didn't think you were saying he was lucky for the migraine, LOL. I'm trying to get him to call the Doc--he didn't "have time" yesterday--even though the residual from the migraine was hanging around (you know guys and doctors) I can't call for him because he has his schedule on his desk at work. If he doesn't call today I'll try threats. Kathy Re: neurological symptoms Yes, that's right Kathy. RobynKathy wrote: Yep with migraines the catching it early is very important. Guest guest
Thanks (((Hugs))) Robyn wrote: HI Robyn My sister had something with the pins and needles and they found MS have them do a cat scan with the dye it helps/ In memory of my Daddy ph & Mommy both died from smoking. In your travels if you know someone that is in need of a caring touch, is sick, dying, has lost someone to death please go to this website http://www.angelsforhope.org and have an angel sent to them. -- neurological symptoms I'm after some advice. I've been having terrible pins and needles in my lower arms and hands, lower legs and feet. It keeps me awake particularly at night but can occur anytime of day or night. I'm also getting massive migraine headaches that come on instantly I try to orgasm (sorry to those people who may be offended by this topic but it is really important to me) and last then for up to 3 days. I spoke to my G.P. about all these symptoms. She then spoke to my immunologist and they think it is all linked to my autoimmune. They had me do a blood flow test and that came out fine. They then sent me to a neurologist yesterday for a test of my nerves in those areas. He said there was no permanent damage as yet but said that it was typical symptoms for A.I. conditions. My autoimmune has already attacked my digestive system, my joints and now my nervous system. The medication I'm on has also brought on high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. However the neurologist wouldn't elaborate on what the likely outcome of this nervous attack would lead to. He just said he expected it would get a lot worse unless they were able to control the autoimmune condition itself (which seems like an impossible situation at present). What I'm wondering is - what does anyone on this list know about these symptoms? Does anyone else have them? Where do they lead to? Is there anything else I can do for them besides taking my current medication of prednisone, Arava ( & I suspect I will also be going back on my Mesasal when I visit the immunologist next Friday)? Could the prednisone actually be aggravating the nervous system? I'm much better when I actually know all the information rather than being kept in the dark so I'd appreciate anything you can tell me. (((Hugs))) Robyn Find local movie times and trailers on Yahoo!
