Guest guest
Are you sure Andy recommends against the D- (also known as R-) form of ALA meaning he prefers the L (aka S) form of ALA. I searched the web and find pure L/S form ALA and found no offers, just offers for plain ALA (mostly 50:50 D/L mixture) and a few just D-/R- forms. Does Andy want us to find a source of L/S form or just use a mixture of 50:50? Why would some sites I visit state that R(aka D) form is more bioavailable or effective but then Andy says it's not desireable?
