Guest guest
Yup. Three lists. No reason, just " Nope, can't come in our playhouse! " I later found out that for one, you must have a complete profile in egroups.... and I just didn't want to do that! DebbieT in Alabama Fw: Request to join denied Talk about starting my day off on a sour note! I just received this letter (see below....I removed the list name) regarding my request to subscribe to a soapmaking email list. Wonder what I did wrong! There's no explanation. Has this happened to anyone else? Guest guest
May I just share another perspective? As a list owner myself, I am contemplating requiring all subscriptions to be approved because I run a tight list and I find that people don't read the list rules that are sent upon subscribing. If and when we make a change, and end up denying subscriptions, it won't be a personal thing, simply for the good of the list. All this to say, don't take the rejection too hard!
