Just hop back on the wagon, Carol. The cookout shouldn't be too much of a

problem -- take along some whole grain, whole wheat hamburger and hot dog

buns, enjoy your burgers and hot dogs, and make up some deviled eggs to

munch on as well. Swiss cheese is usually a good one to put on a sandwich

as are provolone, cheddar, and even mozzarella -- take some along to make

sure you have some of your own. You can take your burgers " through the

garden " with lettuce, tomato, onion and hearty dollop of mayonnaise. If you

REALLY want to impress folks, whip up those cauliflower " potato " salad

recipes I posted a while back -- they're quick and easy to make, taste

great, you won't find yourself craving the regular potato salad.
