But not the type to go off and get right back on Just hop back on the wagon, Carol. The cookout shouldn't be too much of a problem -- take along some whole grain, whole wheat hamburger and hot dog buns, enjoy your burgers and hot dogs, and make up some deviled eggs to munch on as well. Swiss cheese is usually a good one to put on a sandwich as are provolone, cheddar, and even mozzarella -- take some along to make sure you have some of your own. You can take your burgers " through the garden " with lettuce, tomato, onion and hearty dollop of mayonnaise. If you REALLY want to impress folks, whip up those cauliflower " potato " salad recipes I posted a while back -- they're quick and easy to make, taste great, you won't find yourself craving the regular potato salad.
