I just now got home. Had somewhere else to go after my meeting.Are you ready???????? I lost 3.7 pounds from last week!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!! In ONE week I lost that much!!!!!!Just had to share. Well I finally had time to get on computer for a moment. The school year is wrapping up and things get hectic. I have to report a loss of 4.6 pound this week. (thank goodness) I kept my food journal, didn't really exercise still babying my foot some, will contact team mates after this.

Kathleen, GOOD for you! You go Girl!!!!!!!! I wasn't so lucky, but I did join the Challenge late. I had a 1 1/2 # gain. Keep up the good work. I'm trying much harder. I kept a food journal yesterday and did about 40 min of exercise yesterday.
