I knew I had done well but I didn't realize THAT well. I worked VERY hard today for almost 3 solid hours moving five computers and five desks full of stuff back from one end of our room to another so I am sure that extra "weigh in day" exercise helped with my loss. After my loss last week I was motivated even more to be better and get this weight off. I also believe our chapter scale calibrated itself back out because it matched my home scale once again. That sure did help. 24 lbs. down. 15 to goal. 17 to start Century Club. 7 weeks down. On to week 8. I plan on getting to goal, becoming a KOPS, losing 5 lbs. down to 191, and then turning in my new goal slip from my doctor of 191. I can't wait! I'm sooooo looking forward to the day I reach my new goal and start my Century Club! I was Best Loser of the Week and I also get a charm for loss after Memorial Day. YEAH! Exercise total: Walked outside 2.5 hours. Gym 2 hours. Exercise today: 2 hours. A total of 6.5 hours of exercise this week. Whew! Boy am I tired. But it feels great! ! ! ! For Texas TOPS: I lost 6 lbs. Exercise 6.5 hours. Contacted my team members. Kept a food chart. Drank 64 - over 100 oz. of water each day. I don't believe there was a challenge this week but I did add a few extra workouts in there because that was the challenge last week! GO TEAM 4! Have a wonderful weekend everyone. I appreciate all the e-mails. They are helping! KEEP 'EM COMING! Your TOPS Pal, , Jr. TOPS #TX 1432,Spring 15.00 lbs. to goal/17.00 lbs. to start CENTURY CLUB!
