Guest guest
That's what it's all about Kathleen, having a plan, though the hard part is sticking to it. My family always laughs at me when we go to a potluck or buffet becuase I check my options before I pick what I want. I hate to waste my calories on something I don't love. And always try to reserve some for a little adult beverage or two!! Gloria Robbinsukmumintexas@... or staynkops@... Re: goallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll/report/Glo/five below club Gloria, Congrats on your loss and being a KOPS. I am planning ahead today for tonight's birthday party for a granddaughter. And let me tell you, being this good is just about to kill me! I had a romaine lettuce and homegrown tomato salad with about 1 1/2 oz of lean roast beef on top with a touch of Kraft's Fat Free Catalina dressing. All of this deprivation is because my daughter is having a hamburger and hot dog cook-out for her daughter tonight. I will forego the hamburgers altoether. I'll leave off the hot dog buns at 110 calories each and eat my dogs on 70 calorie whole wheat bread with calorie free mustard. I'll eat Ball Park fat-free franks at 40 calories each. So, with two hot dogs (I can't eat just one) that'll be 220 calories, leaving me with a few calories to play around with for cake. I will try to go very lightly on the chips, but you gotta have a few! Kathleen
