Guest guest Posted June 18, 2005 Report Share Posted June 18, 2005 Thats wonderful, we will keep the praying going In this house,,,Thanks for the udates Kathy About baby Giles Last night late I got the word that the baby is doing better; his "blood gases" (whatever that means) are improving with each check, and even though he is sedated, his heart rate increases when him mother comes into the hospital room to talk to him. We know that prayers definitely work, so keep praying for his continued improvement, and I'll keep everyone posted on his progress. The latest update tonight was that he continues to improve and that the x-ray they did today shows that his lungs are gradually clearing up and if the clearing continues, they won't have to do any surgery to remove the corrosive fuel the he ingested! His mother and daddy got to pick him up and hold him for the first time yesterday, and they think they will get to bring him home by the end of the week if he keeps improving at the rate he is going!
