Guest guest
, > It's like the baby recreated our marriage and > brought us " hope " for the future. This is so similar to what happened to me and dp (well we aren't married, but...). We weren't really having bad problems, but dp was always a little leary of committment (even though we share a house LOL) and letting his heart become too attached (or at least admitting it) because his first marriage was really bad. My ep changed that...first when we thought we were going to have a baby, right away he was talking about marriage...now there is that urgency any more, but his little wall has crumbled and he freely talks about us in the future and doesn't have a problem admitting how he feels. He was so afraid when I had to have surgery that I wasn't going to come back so now I think he realizes he should live in the present day. He still isn't the most outwardly affectionate man, but oh well ya can't have it all! So if there is something good to come from all this, that's it...our relationship is just sooo much stronger. Okay, done being mushy -AmyR
Guest guest
maria, DH and i were always very close but the ep and m/c have brought us closer than I ever thought we could be. Sara is also a name that I never would have picked. I just was praying and it came to me. lisa r T.T.F.N.
Guest guest
Amy R., I'm glad your relationship benefitted from the ep also. Our men sound very similar. Dh was married for 20 years, in a very bad marriage. m.
