DA: SIGH - well, I cannot find my Cutler book - Geez, my study looks like the wreck of the Hesperus and it just whacks me to look in there.... I halved my capsules that came in and have been taking them one-half cap with food with breakfast and at dinner... BUT last nite, after reading this post [got to run away from home to the beach for a few days, thank goodness!] I went to look at my new litium orotate - they are 120 mg a capsule! Guest guest Posted January 3, 2007 Report Share Posted January 3, 2007 Thanks for repeating, Jackie - havnet been able to lurk in past posts here at work and my home computer is dying on me... techno gremlins! Yes, my Li-orotate is from VRP - and I will up my dosages. Had halved the little capsules and split them between breakfast and afternoon snacks [healthy - i do SO much better with good food every 3-3.5 hrs] I will add one to morning snack and dinner - usually around 7:30-8pm. Not sure how it would affect my sleeping to take with 9pm cottage cheese and Omega-3 oils. ANyone have side effects - like not sleeping? I think I am feeling better because my live-in daughter is over her horrible holiday and I found Im going to be a grandmother by my other daughter!
