DA: SIGH - well, I cannot find my Cutler book - Geez, my study looks

like the wreck of the Hesperus and it just whacks me to look in

there....

I halved my capsules that came in and have been taking them one-half

cap with food with breakfast and at dinner... BUT last nite, after

reading this post [got to run away from home to the beach for a few

days, thank goodness!] I went to look at my new litium orotate - they

are 120 mg a capsule!

SO - anyone here can tell me of a good source for Litium Orotate that

is in smaller dose capsules????

Donna, I'm guessing you got your lithium orotate from VRP? If so, we've had

this discussion before, and Andy says that it contains 120mg of other stuff, but

only 4.8mg of elemental lithium (it says that on the bottle). So the one from

VRP is what was recommended and is in low doses. My hair lithium was

undectable, so I have been taking one or two capsules a day from VRP for awhile,

can't say that I notice anything much, but hard to tell with all I've been

through lately and all the other stuff I take. Anyway, I certainly haven't had

any bad effects from it.-----------Jackie
