This is very true. My mom has her stomach stapled in the 80's and

needless to say she has gained back all of her weight PLUS SOME. Now

she is having health problems and desperately trying to get the

weight off with this diet.

What's really sad is that this woman wasn't obese. She was heavy, but certainly not obese. It is very sad to hear that you were so mistreated and insulted.

But, one very important thing to consider. Don' look in the mirror. Instead see the positive moves you are making to improve yourself overall. Don't let someone insult you and get the better of you.

I should practice what I preach. But, still, pat yourself on the back this instant.
