Me & my boyfriend are having problems right now because he doesn't know how to cope with my disease..and he is sooo use to being able to fix everything and he can't fix this thing about me..and it is litterally driving us apart. You are deffinately luck to have a person in your life that is there to help you like you do...God Bless and I will keep you in my prayers. My mothers side of the family are all in the medical field, to say the least, if they can't find out what is wrong, nobody can find out. I can say one thing that in CANADA we have to wait months and even years for an MRI,CTSCAN. When this all started up for me I had to go to the states, or Montreal. I took sick or whatever you call it, not being able to walk at all,for the first time in my life I needed someone to bath me take me to the washroom,everything that you couldn't imagine, I was put in a small town hospital, which I still to this day don't understand. My parents thank god were in fact going to take me for the MRI in the states, My father looked into it and found one in Montreal, by the way which in fact they paid for, They did infact just did my head, I think they were looking for clusters, but didn't think to do from neck down. They were looking for something about MS, at that time I had no idea what was going on. I do have a great husband, and two kids, you have no idea unless how much your spouse loves you when he was keeping the house going, taking care of not only me but working two jobs, and still maintaining all of my jobs plus his own. It turned out that I didn't have MS, but I have four blown disks in my lower back. I also in fact have FM,Mayofa something, and I live everyday of my life suffering. I was told this once by some stranger " It could be a lot worse " she said to me just stop and think about it. I would just like to say when I am at my lowest point those words still to this day,help's me at my darkest hours. I will keep you in my prayers, you don't know me , I just joined this group on the weekend and always thought that I was the only one that suffers.
