Hi Patty,

I just went to the dentist today and they asked what I've been doing

for my teeth and gums because they looked great. Six months ago my

gums were a wreck despite brushing and flossing daily. Anyway, I told

them about your toothpaste recipe I've been using and they copied it.

Unfortunately, tooth #19 was extracted last year and it's time to get a

partial/bridge. I'm worried because my symptoms are still pretty

severe (strange brain symptoms, difficulty reading at times, just

feeling weird, major fatigue). The doc doesn't want to do an all

porcelain bridge because he said they contain a large amount of

aluminum and don't hold up as well either (have to be replaced in 5

years). He wants to use a gold/platinum one that is covered (I think)

with natural-looking material. The thought of gold and platinum scares

the tar out of me! He knows I have heavy metal toxicity and seems very

knowledgeable regarding detox and health issues, yet I don't think he

truly understands the whole heavy metal/implant issue. He says that

gold/platinum are precious metals, unlike heavy metals. Is that true?

What is your partial made of and how long have you had it?

So glad you figured out your arm pain. Enjoy your camping trip w/ the

kids!! Love, PH

Hi Dede,I don't use specific measurements because I try to make it to taste good enough for the kids and the recipe is for a small quantity. Patty has the actual recipe. All I do is mix

organic coconut oil

baking soda

xylitol

peppermint essential oil

until it seems like a nice consistency and tastes good. My teeth feel cleaner after using it than any other toothpaste I've ever used. Oh, and I forgot to mention that since using it the number of spirochetes (a really bad bacteria) in my mouth decreased a ton according to a microscopic exam they gave me. Before they said I had a dangerous level, this time they had a hard time finding any.The only problem I've had is that the consistency is so thick it's hard to squeeze from a bottle so I dip it out of a tupperware cup which is not very hygenic. My dental hygenist suggested getting a cake frosting bag w/ cap.

Hope you're hanging in there Dede. Thinking about you. Love, PH
