I'm sorry to say I don't. Perhaps your RE has some recommendations.

My weight gain was not intentional--becoming an accountant is what

did it for me, I think. (Plus just plain old aging!) Prior to

finishing college and going to a " desk job " , I always had jobs that

were physical in nature. Also, I ended up with horrible eating

habits, such as a lot of fast food, which I don't think is the best

way to put on extra pounds! Also, I do think there is validity to

what Becki alluded to about one's body's " natural weight " . When I

was 124 at 6', I ate one (sometimes two) meals a day, which was

probably NOT natural for anyone's system.

Maybe some of those nutritional shakes would be o.k.? I certainly am

not in the position to give any medical advice! Just giving some

suggestions/options/questions that your RE might be able to answer.

For

instance, I know individuals that have gained weight using shake

mixes they have purchased at GNC, but I don't know if there are any

harmful ingredients when considering one is ttc. Example - I was

taking vitamins " aimed " at women's health when ttc, and then

discovered through research that some of the herbs in the vitamins

were not good for fertility reasons (black cohash, was one of them,

I think.) Sorry I can't be of more help! Please let us know what you

find out!
