Guest guest
Sandy try jump roping or jumping up and down for 10 minutes each day. Some girls get a mini-trampoline but I just up and down for the swelling . But what I find what really helps in one to two weeks is the coffee enemas help with taking the water out of the legs and reduces the swelling by far than any other remedies. Guest guest
Sandy, I really wish I knew what was causing your fluid retention. It sounds like your joints hurt so much. Have you tried a gluten free diet yet? If not, please do. You may find that it helps, or even heals you altogether. Have you tried juice fasting? Or fasting with water only? Fasting was my CURE for any joint pain! Wishing you healing Sandy, Patty > > Good Morning Patty > > > I never knew you also had that crawly feeling ?? > > > *Soon After Implantation* > My knees felt like there were worms crawling > inside the muscles of my knees > > *Immedietly After Explant* > The crawly feeling dissipated immedietly > Than my knees began hurting really bad > The pain in my knees is why I am left > partially crippled and cannot bend > or exercise at all. > > Besides my knees being very swollen > My lower back, buttocks, hips and theighs > down to my knees remains at a swollen state > > So could I have fluid retention?? > in my lower extremeties and kness? > > Passed my knees the rest of my legs is fine > > My stomach is swelled which is understandable > as I have candida yeast of the intestine > > Patty I feel like humpty Dumpty > Only I don't know how to put myself > back together again > > I am so tired, Bye for now > > > > > Wow, this really hits close to home! > I did have that testing, and I do have the genes. > I also have gotten those symptoms of crawly feelings. > > Sandy, I'm thinking of you and your knees on this one! > Have you ever gone totally gluten free? > If not, you have got to do this, if only to > see if this answers your questions! > Patty >
