About WIND FOUNDATION The WIND FOUNDATION was formed in March of 2004 to meet the needs of small volunteer emergency medical services (EMS) groups providing emergency medical care to citizens in their communities, including the indigent. The Wind Foundation will seek to provide support for these groups from businesses, citizens and government agencies. It will seek to provide updated equipment and supplies to these volunteer EMS organizations, to provide structural improvements to EMS stations, and to provide scholarships for volunteer emergency medical technicians for their needed continuing education. The foundation shall network and unify a group of nonprofits, private businesses and the public in order to raise funds and in kind donations that will be used to acquire supplies and updated equipment to benefit participating volunteer emergency medical services groups. We will network with contractors to provide much-needed structural improvements and renovations to EMS stations. Finally, Wind Foundation will provide scholarships to volunteer EMS technicians who wish to continue their education, and get recertified. Long range, our goal is to provide a training facility and staff to train and test volunteer EMS technicians. We feel that if these programs are not instituted, the days of the volunteer EMS providers will vanish, leaving small and underfunded communities without these necessary medical emergency services. Our programs and services will be supervised by the Wind Foundation Board of Directors and carried out by our staff and volunteers. Volunteers will complete forms upon completion of each case. All seminars and programs are evaluated by participants. EXHIBIT A
