I don't think she's actually trying to undermine me; she understands the importance of this weight loss for my longevity. It's difficult to change old habits and being a good spouse to someone on this diet also requires making changes. She didn't last a full week on the plan so adjusting to the rules I've chosen for myself is more than a little difficult for her since she's not choosing to live by them herself.
