I see you are an exercise enthusiast, I'm not quite that, but have been doing step aerobics 3 times a week for the last year and a half (and I'm 29 weeks pg now) me and my exercise partner, when the weather is good walk 3 x a week instead up this huge, and I mean huge hill, the whole ordeal takes about 45 minutes to do our " walk " . I've found that this time my blood pressure has been alot lower, I've had some problems with high bp during pg in the past, so the exercise must be good, just don't overdo it!! You may want to ask your dr., also there are some web sites that kind of outline what is safe and what isn't. They say if you can't carry on a conversation while you are exercising, you are probably going at it too hard......the last 1/2 of the hill we walk, we can barely speak, but the rest is downhill, so I figured I was ok Vicki Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am now 4dpdiui and completely obsessing about what could or could not be an early sign of pg. So, I hate to ask this question but.....what was the first thing you noticed that was different this time than before. Well actually, I guess I can, I spotted and have never done that before. I am exhausted and constipated. Aren't you glad you asked??!! Last time, I was full of energy and had the runs. Oh yeah, in the past few weeks, I have been breaking out in weird places (right under my eyes) and the acne was weird looking. I don't know if this helps. I am still not sure that this is the one.
