Guest guest
Can B12 cause joint pain and sore glands? I have been getting this occasionally from a product by Thorne called MediClear. I recently started taking a powdered B12 supplement (mostly cyanocobalamine, but also some methylcobalamine, and another form). This evening after taking it I have joint pain, mostly in the lower back/hip region, and sore glands in the pubic area. Does anyone have any idea what this means?! This is the same joint pain and sore glands I get from the MediClear, which has B12 among many other things. I can't find anything online about adverse reactions like this to B12. It might not be from the B12- I will have a better idea after using it a couple more times. I am so tired of pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is bothering me and why! Thanks, Olif
