I had a bad tendonitis problem in one shoulder and a lot of knots and general tightness in my shoulders starting a few years ago. It is much better. Might be in part due to magnesium supplementation, not just due to chelation. I used to get redistribution in the shoulder area at end of rounds. Not getting that for several months now. My feet have gotten a bit worse than before chelation (I have had plantar fascitis problems for years). I suspect this is due to changes in that area from metals being removed and they will ultimately improve. Still waiting for the liver and the brain to improve. Gotta up my ALA dose somehow. Sigh. --

I think Andy mentioned that could help - Val

I recently tried a couple of rounds at 12.5 mg and too much dizziness and emotional stuff and headaches. I take lots of fish oil, sometimes DHA only supplements too (which I find help more with mood). What I really need is a brand new brain, a new liver, and how about some new skin, and I could go on... --
