Guest guest
Hi Kathy, What a nasty thing for that person to say! It's no wonder she's a RETIRED psychiatrist(probably lost her license to practice). Although I haven't sold any soap I'm really drawn to simple and natural packaging and that's how I'm doing mine. What did she look like? I am willing to bet dog ugly but primps herself up and uses too much war paint too boot. My impression of her is she sure isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and that's probably why she isn't working in her profession any more either. Okay, I'm backing off my soap box, I just can't believe this woman would have big enough kahunas to say this to you. Diane
Guest guest
Yeah, I do like my wrapping and feel they are representative of me and my character, which isn't Miss America, but not dog ugly either.) I feel better today and appreciate the advice and support I have received! >Let me ask you this, Kathy: Do YOU like how your soaps are wrapped? Do YOU >feel they are attractive and represent a side of you that you would like >If so, don't worry about one person. There is always someone out there >wanting to rain on someone's parade. After all, she could always unwrap the >soaps once she buys them, right? *nodnodnod* You bet she could! >Strive to find a soap/label/whatever that pleases you and that shows to the >world your unique style. And if someone doesn't like it (and it's the >minority not the majority), I say screw 'em. >
Guest guest
Diane, Your post reminded me of something my dd's late great grandmother used to say " beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes clear to the bone.
