I have already been to almost every single Dr in my smal city...I have even traveled 3 hours to a teaching hosp to see fibro experts...and they all tell me the same thing....go to work...loose weight and live with it..... =( I have been to lie 20 dr's..they all say the exact same thing..... =( I dont really have any drs left to try.... =( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am sorry it takes me sooo long to respond, but most days I am not even able to get out of bed. The headaches have been soo bad again..I can barely get up and eat....I cant do anything right now. Guest guest Posted December 6, 2001 Report Share Posted December 6, 2001 Rhonda, I hav already been to almost every single Dr in the city I live in and also many as much as 4 hours away from where I live and they all say the same things....most wont give pain med or if thye dop they give sucha little amount is doesnt help anyways. I have also tried taking benadryl with the pain meds and it doesnt help much....and i am not talking a little itchy..it drives me crazy..I cant stand the itch....it makes me bleed I itch so bad......we only have one pain managemnt dr and he doesnt beleive in narcotics for fibro either....and i have alot of degenerative arthritis and also narrowing of the pinal cancal and thye still sya no pain meds...I cant really keep going ot any more drs....my ins is giving me a hrad time.
