While I can't say I have noticed that much in the way you describe,

but we have seen underarm peeling since amalgam removal and with

chelation. My huggins doc said that the skin is a major organ and part

of detox. She gave me what looks like a bath brush to perform skin

brushing to help. As long as you do not feel ill using 50mg and it is

close to the weight amount recomended by Andy, the peeling is probably

your body deciding it wants mercury free skin cells!

Hi ,

During my last round, I also took 50 mg of DMSA and ALA. I had worked

my way up and was particularly cautious with ALA. I had done 50 mg of

DMSA for a while. I then did 25 mgs of DMSA and ALA for a while. Each

time I felt fine. I then bumped up to 50 mgs each. I felt sporadic

twinges throughout my body for brief periods of time, but nothing

painful or wierd. On the last day, my face became inflamed and for the

next several days my skin peeled. I didn't attribute it to the ALA but

now I do. I'm going to back off to 25 mg each. Thanks for sharing your

experience.
