Guest guest
>Gwen , Thanks for clearing this up. I knew what her dr was doing sounded odd. I was hoping someone would add on to my lack of info!
Guest guest
Dear , I'm sorry to learn that you are having such a rough time healing from your lap/hys. I sure hope and expect that you're going to quickly begin feeling some physical relief. I've had a couple laps, but never the lap/hyst double-whammy combo. You're tough , but I hope that you don't feel like you have to be. My husband and I joke that I get a new belly button with eyes to match every 6 months or so. I remember when my primary concern was scars, now I realize that health and well-being is what matters. I hope the incisions are minor, but I realize that the inside pain and discomfort from the procedure is probably the source of most of your pain. I once had an open lap and had intense burning that radiated from the belly button area for a quite a few days. I was told that this was typical with an open lap. I hope you have good support to distract you when you feel up to it and to wait on you! My dh tends to be good about tickling my inner arm to distract me prior to and following surgeries. Although it might sound minor, I really count on it. Rest and recover and keep us posted as you are able. You have so many people waiting to hear that you are making good progress. - J. Guest guest
K, I am so happy to read that your doctor managed to get rid of all the dense scarring. I just hope now that it doesn't grow back and you will stay scar free. Lets hope that in a few weeks you will get your period and get on the road to recovery. As for the new members, we can do it both together if you like since you are going to be thinking about this surgery these days. Keep us updated. Guest guest
Poly, I am ok now. How about I will do it this week, as I wil be home a lot. Next Thursday through Monday I will be in California. Will you do it then? I just read a great Adoption story book. I kept thinking of you, and was tearful! Congrats again Poly!
