Guest guest
Can increasing magnesium and/or calcium cause gas and bloating? I can't think of much I have change, except I have doubled my magnesium, bringing it up to about 600mg. Here is the product I am using: http://www.pureessencelabs.com/ionic_calcium_fizz.php. The product info is available in a pdf if you click " supplement fact box. " The only other thing I have changed is adding molybdenum (750 mcg/day so far and vit E (800IU). Thanks, Olif

Sounds like it is a fizzy drink - maybe just the bubbles are causing the gas. Do you let the fizz go away before drinking it? Also possible that the magnesium is causing some gut disturbance and stirring up gas. It is often a good idea to try individual ingredients, rather than a combo product, especially true when you have uncomfortable reactions to things. Often cheaper, too. --
