Can increasing magnesium and/or calcium cause gas and bloating? I can't think of

much I have change, except I have doubled my magnesium, bringing it up to about

600mg. Here is the product I am using:

http://www.pureessencelabs.com/ionic_calcium_fizz.php. The product info is

available in a pdf if you click " supplement fact box. "

The only other thing I have changed is adding molybdenum (750 mcg/day so far and

vit E (800IU).

Thanks,

Olif

" Also possible that the magnesium is causing some gut

disturbance and stirring up gas. "

Thanks, . The drink is a little fizzy, but not much.

I just remembered that I had the same thing happen over the summer with a

powdered magnesium supplement my ND gave me. I think I just don't tolerate

levels of magnesium that high without easing into them. I started dividing the

dose of that Ionic-Fizz, and I am fine so far. Plus I overlooked another product

I am taking that has 300mg of magnesium, so I was getting about 1000mg- that is

probably too much.

Thanks,

Olif
