Guest guest
DMSA and DMPS are 'optional' once you are using ALA to chelate. And I know that using DMSA in combination with ALA helps decrease side-effects. But should one use DMSA anyway if ALA is tolerated on its own? My side-effects seem to have disappeared when I chelate. I'm now at 75 DMSA and 50 ALA on round 29 in total, and I don't have any of the heavy adrenal-type side-effects that happened on the earlier rounds. In fact, my last round at the above dosage didn't affect me adversely in any way. I wonder now: 1) Is it BETTER for the chelation process to use ALA on its own if I have no side-effects when I do?, or 2) Is it BETTER for me to use DMSA and ALA in combination?
