TK--- it is not necessary and depending on the person may not be

beneficial as it can cause problems on it's own ie decreasing

neutrophills, increasing gi fungus/bacteria. For some it may be as

it does increase excretion by a certain %.

have any of the heavy adrenal-type side-effects that happened on the

earlier rounds. In fact, my last round at the above dosage didn't

affect me adversely in any way.

TK--- if you don't have any side effects from either one then imo you

might as well just use the ala alone.

> Dean: Thanks TK, I'll give it a try next round. I do get very mild

occasions head aches - more like twinges when I chelate with ALA.

If I do start to bad experience side-effects can I add the DMSA

later in the round?

TK--- yes

addressed is yeast - so maybe dropping the DMSA for a trial is a good

idea.....although as I write this I'm getting a little nervous.

TK--- ala can also aggrivate yeast issues for some people, make sure

your diet is correct and that you are using some agents to keep yeast

under control, start with diet if you haven't yet.
