would like to pick a doctors brain

I have taken a job in Iraq as a Medic. They are putting me a position

doing " occupational " medicine. They said to read up on Bronchitis,

Sinus infections, FB eye injuries, and other disease processes

aggrivated by a hot, dry environment. What kinds of antibiotics are

recommend, that sort of thing. I'd appreciate it if a doctor has

time and wouldn't mind me picking his brain about all this over the

next couple weeks before I leave and over the next year. Thanks for
