Years ago, before Neosporin was available over the counter, my dad

used to bring it home for us (he was a doctor), and I used to apply

it on my zits. I had oily skin as an adolescent and ocassionally had

zits. I only used it on the them, however and never had problems

with that. I don't try that now, however, since my skin is sensitive

and the rosacea has gotten it even worse than it was.
