thyroid/adrenal ratios

What are the thyroid and adrenal ratios? Someone already told me, but I forgot

to save the email. I want to run all this by my ND on Tuesday.

My thyroid ratios were bad. I think my adrenal ratio was fine, but I do have

adrenal fatigue according to the 4 X saliva cortisol test. Why do you think the

adrenal fatigue didn't show up in my hair?

The adrenal sign that Andy talks about in the book is Na and K near

each other in one place, with Ca and Mg near each other in a

different place, and the two places pretty far apart. You don't fit

that one, but the saliva test is more reliable. Andy's adrenal sign

picks up some cases of adrenal issues, but not everyone.

The other one that might be considered an adrenal ratio is the Na/Mg.

This indicates adrenaline production. Yours is on the low side,

but within range.

Be prepared for your ND to not know much about these - mine doesn't

seem to. You may want to bring a list of symptoms - if you fit a

lot of the symptoms, that might be more convincing.
