Ok - I hit 155 again today.

A work-out of sorts ;-)

I tell you - that BF of mine is the BEST workout a gal could get!

I'm telling you, every single time - next day, I'm a pound or 2

down. NO JOKE! I guess it's the sweat out put...Now, if we could do

that every day.....
