Guest guest
Is the only test to assess speed of metabolism by way of the Ca/P ratio in a Hair Test? Would a fast metaboliser need to chelate with reduced time between doses? I have heard it mentioned here before that some people need to take their ALA sooner, like every 2 and a half hours, to avoid side effects. Is the average half life of ALA in humans 3 hours, but according to your metabolism speed the half-life will vary in each individual to some extent? Conversely if that is true would someone with a high C/P ratio and therefore a Slow metabolism benefit by taking the dose further apart? And if the ALA is metabolised with still holding on to some mercury is if freed up and taken up by a another ALA that is at a younger half-life.
