DDI's graph presentation is excellent) Please include what City, State/Country you live in (in case we pick up a pattern in the future), and answer these questions for the group: 1.Current Symptoms and Health History: 2.Current Dental Work in place and dental cleanup completed: 3. Supplements and medications on at time of hair test: 4. Recently added supplements and medications after the hair test and date added: 5. Other important information Group: Are their any other relevant questions that people posting their hair tests should be asked?
