Guest guest Posted April 27, 2003 Report Share Posted April 27, 2003 Well it is sunday morning once again and I have just finished catching up on my usual sunday load of messages (417 to be exact). Anyhow, weight wise no change, food wise not going very well. a little better but not much. it is now 11:43 and i was having a tough time this morning. i got to work at 8:50 and had a yogurt with a tbsp of granola for breakfast. That wasn't really filling me up but I told myself that i had to wait minimum 2 hours before I ate something else (longest 2 hours of my life) LOL anyhow i was very hungry at 10:00 so i made myself a cup of herbal tea (peach passion - yum) and drank a 1/2 liter bottle of water (2 cups) and that sort of helped. at 11:00 i ate a granola bar and am now hungry again. lunch is at 12:00 so i only have another 15 min. Yeah. i am now on my 3rd bottle of water. I have always been told that i should drink 8 glasses of water a day which i have been able to do but now i am going to challenge myself. i am going to try and drink this week half my weight in oz of water. i am planning to drink 110 oz. of water. Egads! I hope I don't float away. the most water i have drunken in a day is 10 cups but this comes out to 13.5 cups. well guys, i am up for the challenge. will let you know how it goes today. i have already drunk 4 cups. only another 9.5 cups left. Shan - i was wondering if i can rejoin the losing weight sheet. Can I put my weight down today as 222 and dust myself off and start over? I know it is against the rules but i won't tell if you won't I am hoping to report a loss next week. Congrads to all who lost. Welcome to all the newcomers. Have a great weekend.
