Nahla, I wouldn't know about mercury in the uterus/cervix, but I can tell you

mine was removed in a complete hysterectomy at age 34. My uterus was enlarged

to the size of a 4 month pregnancy, lopsided, and had 3 loops of bowel tissue

connected with scar tissue. My monthly cycles had been regular, but gradually

had grown longer in duration and heavier, until they lasted a full 3 weeks out

of 4 and I was fairly anemic. During a c-section and other minor surgeries,

doctors commented on how tough & leathery my skin & muscle tissue were and how

difficult it was cutting through them. Nurses had trouble giving me IV's, as

well.

I suspect the impact mercury had on thyroid function lurks behind these

issues, yet another 11 years passed before I met a doctor willing to test my

thyroid & willing to treat it based on symptoms.

Jan, this is the first I've heard this. It's particularly horrifying to think

that any woman with mercury exposure (i.e, dental fillings?!?) can be collecting

it in the very organ that will be or has been connected with the food/oxygen

supply of the unborn child. I have a lot more to say on this, but it wouldn't

be appropriate here. I will add one thing to my initial post, however. Both my

second & third children have learning disabilities.

It is known that mercury does accumulate there. My huggins doc

explained that upon removal most women get a very heavy long period,

as the result of dumping some hg from the uterus. She was not

lying...I got mine three days after removal despite it not being due

for two weeks. And my cycle is usually like clockwork. I also get it

early anytime I do a round of chelation. Not sure if that's why your

babies did not go head down..but anything is possible.

Dean: I remember reading that only 3 case of endometriosis was recorded EVER

before the first amalgam was placed. Now something like 25% of American women

exhibit signs of it. I don't know if that statement or figure is correct, I just

remember reading it. I think it was in Huggins's book?

More startling a memory comes from a book called " Our Stolen Future " that

details the toxic soup humans have created around us and how it is killing us

quietly and slowly. One point was that if you do anything on a food level you

should make certain you eat organic eggs. This is because toxins have a

preference for accumulating in the reproductive systems of animals and are

passed on from generation to generation.

Hulda suggests almost all prostate problems come from the accumulation of

metals in the prostate. She also points to metals and in particular solvents

accumulating in the uterus. Once immunity is weakened she suggests parasites

invade these areas brining bacteria along with them and completing life-cycles

in organs they were never intended too. The metals call bacteria forth

constantly because they have a metal dependency.

For example nickel should only be found in the soil. When it starts to

accumulate in us we begin to attract yeasts that have a nickel dependency, since

nickel is useless to the human body. It is almost as if we start to represent

soil to these life forms and they invade us. The only solution, again, is to

remove the metals..

.....and eat organic eggs :-)

It is sad reality that we have to face up to te fact that our bodies are as

toxic as the world, and neither are doing very well. What does amaze me, however

is how much assault we can take....and how well we can heal when we remove the

poison.

As to mercury passing to a fetus from the mother and resulting learning

disabilities, it's been my understanding that in the 80's amalgam was being made

in a less stable form. I don't know if it still is being used, but it would go

a long way toward helping explain the autism spectrum, Alzheimer's, and other

problems that are so prevalent.
