Cannot figure out what she's saying here... Patient has bronchitis and uri.

Dictated:

" Oropharynx does show some clear to one S/L EPISOPHYTE yellowish tinge,

mostly grey postnasal drip. " Huh? Any help appreciated...!!! Thank

you.
