New to Group; Surgery 7/23

I have just spent hours reading all of the correspondence in regards

to the same surgery I am having on 7/23. I am having my upper and

lower jaws reconstructed. I have a couple of questions though.

1. How long will I be in the hospital?

2. How does the surgeon wire me shut? Will I feel the wires?

3. Will I lose a lot of weight? Any suggestions on good supplements

to take?

4. How dependent will I be on others to help me during the first week?

5. Is there a lot of pain? and if so, is it a throbbing jaw pain,

annoyance, etc.?
